01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
05 - 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
06 - 2 tbsp ranch dressing
07 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

10 - 24 square wonton wrappers
11 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
12 - Cooking spray or oil, for baking

# How To Make:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
03 - Arrange wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling along one edge of each wrapper, then roll tightly into a pinwheel shape, sealing edges with beaten egg.
04 - Place pinwheels seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush or spray tops with oil.
05 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Allow pinwheels to cool slightly before serving with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing, if desired.
