03 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, tossing halfway, until broccoli is tender with light charring and garlic is soft and golden.
04 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water, then drain pasta.
05 - Transfer roasted garlic cloves to a cutting board and mash with a fork until smooth.
06 - In a large skillet over medium heat, combine mashed garlic, roasted broccoli, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Add cooked pasta and toss thoroughly.
