Layered nachos arranged like a soccer field with beef, cheese, avocado, and colorful garnishes.
# What You Need:
→ Meat & Beans
01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
04 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
→ Chips & Base
05 - 10 oz sturdy tortilla chips
→ Cheese
06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
→ Toppings & Field Decorations
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream (for field lines)
09 - 2 ripe avocados, mashed (for field base)
10 - 1/2 cup prepared salsa
11 - 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes (for decoration)
12 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced (for corner flags)
13 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
14 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
# How To Make:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons water, cooking for 2 minutes. Add black beans and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
04 - Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large rimmed baking sheet or serving platter in a rectangular shape representing a soccer field.
05 - Spoon the beef and bean mixture evenly over the chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
06 - Place in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Allow to cool slightly. Spread mashed avocado in a smooth layer over the nachos to mimic a green soccer field, leaving a visible chip border.
08 - Fill a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with sour cream. Snip a small corner and pipe lines for the field, goal boxes, and center circle onto the avocado layer.
09 - Use diced red bell pepper pieces as corner flags, sliced black olives as players, and cherry tomatoes with cilantro to depict fans or extra field accents.
10 - Serve immediately with prepared salsa on the side.
