# How To Make:
01 - Place the mini pumpkin or gourd at the bottom center of a large wooden board to symbolize the turkey's body.
02 - Fan out sliced meats above the pumpkin, alternating colors and textures to imitate the turkey's tail feathers.
03 - Layer assorted cheeses in arcs radiating outward from the turkey body to resemble rows of a wheat field.
04 - Arrange whole wheat and multigrain crackers along with baguette slices in lines or curves to evoke wheat stalks.
05 - Artfully place clusters of green and red grapes, apple and pear slices, and dried apricots and cranberries around cheeses and meats.
06 - Fill remaining spaces with roasted almonds, shelled pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and fresh rosemary sprigs for texture and color.
07 - Use pretzel sticks at the edges and among cheese and fruit to simulate additional wheat stalk effects.
08 - Attach black olives as eyes, a piece of red bell pepper as the wattle, and a yellow cheese triangle as the beak to the front of the pumpkin using toothpicks as needed.
09 - Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
