Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish.
- Step 2:
- Slice the slider buns horizontally keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Step 3:
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns if using. Layer half the cheese then all the ham then the remaining cheese over the buns.
- Step 4:
- Place the bun tops over the layers.
- Step 5:
- In a small bowl mix the melted butter honey or brown sugar Worcestershire sauce poppy seeds garlic powder onion powder and salt.
- Step 6:
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
- Step 7:
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
