# How To Make:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into a log approximately 8 inches long, then wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
- Combine fresh parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest in a shallow dish, mixing evenly.
- Remove the chilled cheese log from the plastic wrap and roll it in the herb mixture, pressing gently to achieve an even coating on all sides.
- Place the herb-coated cheese log in the center of a serving platter and arrange the crackers around it in a ring.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. For optimal texture, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
