# What You Need:
→ Bread & Dairy
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Meats
04 - 4 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
→ Vegetables & Condiments
05 - 1/2 cup kimchi, drained and roughly chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Arrange bread slices and, if using, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice.
02 - On two bread slices, layer cheddar cheese, turkey breast slices, chopped kimchi, and another slice of cheddar, then top with the remaining bread slices.
03 - Spread softened butter evenly on the outside surfaces of each assembled sandwich.
04 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches on the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden brown and cheese melts.
06 - Remove from heat, allow sandwiches to rest for one minute, then slice and serve warm.
