# What You Need:
→ Crackers
01 - 12 square crackers (e.g., saltines or butter crackers)
→ Pepperoni & Cheese
02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60 g)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
→ Garnish (Optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
# How To Make:
01 - Set the oven broiler to high and position a rack approximately 6 inches from the heat source.
02 - Place the square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Top each cracker with two slices of pepperoni, slightly overlapping them.
04 - Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust each cracker with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
06 - Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts and pepperoni edges begin to crisp, watching carefully to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool briefly.
08 - Optionally garnish with chopped parsley and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
