# How To Make:
01 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and sea salt until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Lay out bread slices on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of filling on each. Top with another slice to form 5 sandwiches. Press gently to adhere.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each sandwich, yielding 20 bites in total.
04 - Pour shredded coconut onto a small plate for easy rolling.
05 - Lightly moisten edges of each sandwich bite with water or extra cream cheese to help the coconut adhere, then roll sides and tops in shredded coconut until fully coated.
06 - Arrange coated sandwich bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set before serving.
