# What You Need:
→ Waffles
01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1¾ cups whole milk
07 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
→ Syrup Dip
09 - ½ cup pure maple syrup
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
→ For Serving
11 - Optional: fresh berries, whipped cream, powdered sugar
# How To Make:
01 - Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined, leaving some lumps intact to avoid overmixing.
05 - Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron. Pour approximately ½ cup of batter per waffle onto the iron. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Remove the cooked waffles and cut each round into quarters.
07 - Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup and heat until warm, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl.
08 - Arrange the waffle quarters on a platter with the syrup dip in the center. Optionally, serve with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
