  • Decoration (optional): 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, Fresh basil or parsley leaves

Instructions

Step 1:
Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut a star from each bread slice. Reserve the scraps for breadcrumbs or another use.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Step 3:
Stir in red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, carrot, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
